Dog-handling security guard

Deployed for the protection and security of property and persons in public transport, shopping centres,
industrial sites, car parks, sports events and demonstrations, handlers generally have a deterrent effect
simply through their presence. Their dogs, wearing muzzles, are extremely impressive and intimidating.

In airports and at customs, these dogs are essential for sniffing out contraband and illicit substances.

  • They take action at the request of authorised staff or if an alarm goes off, to confirm an incident.
  • They inform the competent departments and/or the officers appointed to end the disturbance
    concerned.
  • Detection of the presence of persons, objects or products that could jeopardise the security of property
    and people.
