A company director for over 35 years, Alain Ovadia was chairman of the CMS GROUP, a digital services firm created in 1993, specialising in banking and finance. He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the consultancy firm INVESTANCE PARTNERS. In 1997, his taste for entrepreneurship combined with a desire to constantly innovate led him, through the E-Market company, to develop an electronic software programme for stock markets, making it possible to replace the MATIF (the International French Futures and Options Exchange) with this programme. In 1999 he was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board for ETC, a company focused on brokerage and money markets.
In the sphere of social commitment, Alain Ovadia is the deputy chairman of a child protection association created in 1990, which supports numerous projects such as the Necker hospital autism department.
Mourad Chenaf has held various executive positions in the Ministries of the Armed Forces, the Interior and Justice. He joined SNGST in 2017 to oversee the company’s modernisation, and develop its social engineering and societal policy in line with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
With a degree in Law, Mourad Chenaf was a legal trainee at the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature.

Saïd Qotb started out as a Prévol inspector with Sécurité 2000 in various stores: Zara, Monoprix and Carrefour. Promoted to Mass Distribution Operating Manager with Groupe Alliance Prestige, where he worked for 15 years, his expertise and determination to evolve led him to join the company SNGST (now Octopus Sécurité) in 2003 to develop the Mass Distribution sector.
Since 2017, he has been General Manager of Operations with OCTOPUS.
Saïd Qotb has a Masters in Law as well as a postgraduate diploma in Eastern Languages and Civilisation.

After spending ten years in a banking environment, Frank Raymond worked for 25 years on auditing and management assignments in the context of restructuring, external growth and change of ownership. Through dealing with situations involving this type of transformation, he has developed an ability to adapt, a sense of analysis and a result-oriented culture. His sound experience and zest for challenges have made him totally at ease with organic and external growth processes.
A graduate of the Institut Technique de Banque, Frank Raymond also studied Economics and Corporate Management at the University of Paris-Est-Créteil-Val de Marne.
Development and Innovation Director
After a career as a non-commissioned officer in the Parachute regiment, Laurent Barragué moved into the security sector.
On the strength of 22 years’ experience, he joined SNGST in 2017, drawing on his analytical mind, expertise and know-how to help develop the company in various public and private markets.
